Assistance
Information requests should be submitted to Academic Services, preferably through the Trouble tickets service .
Academic Services also provides in-person (Postgraduate Building, Block 400, Room 414 ) and telephone (+351-220 426 200) assistance, from September through June, during the following hours:

In July and August the in-person and telephone assistance is provided daily between 14.00 and 16.00. Classes and Schedules assistance is not available during the month of August.
