Objectives
In this course we discuss some of the main financial decisions of a corporate manager. The course aims to enable to know the main problems facing the financial management and acquire skills, including the following areas: asset valuation, investment decision making funding decisions and measuring and managing the cost of capital.

The students should be able to solve the main problems of corporate finance.

Eligibility for exams
All students are admited to evaluation.
Calculation formula of final grade
Final Score = 0.50 * Score of the final exam/second written test +0.40 * Score of the first written test + 0,10 Presential Evaluation Score.
Examinations or Special Assignments
Classification improvement
The improvement of classification is only possible by examination. There will only be examination at the time of appeal. In the normal season the second test will be carried out.
Observations
In the exame, students must be accompanied calculators, forms, and tables statistics commonly used in the discipline. It is not allowed to use other elements.
