Objectives

- To analyse how organizational structures, processes and practices inflence and are influenced by individual, group and organizational behaviours.
- To assess the role of management in defining the behaviour of individuals and groups in the daily life of organizations.
- To confront mainstream and critical approaches regarding the behavioural themes.

Eligibility for exams

- Attendance of at least 3/4 of lectures.
- Minimum mark of 7/20 in each test.

Calculation formula of final grade

NORMAL: distributed assessment without final exam only: 
- 2 tests: the first test (35%) covers themes 1 to 4; the second test (65%) covers themes 5 to 8.
- The minimum mark in each test is 7/20.


RECURSO: final exam only (100%), covering the entire programme of the course.

Classification improvement

By final exam (in época de recurso) only.

Observations

1. The distributed assessment mode requires attending at least 3/4 of the lectures. Anyone who fails to meet this requirement, whatever the reason, should enrol in the final exam mode.

2. The second test can be taken only by those students who obtained at least a 7/20 mark in the first test.

3. All students can take the final exam at época de recurso.
