- to think critically organization and change;
- to analyse the contexts of organizational change, how it emerges and the different approaches to its implementation;
- to explore the limitations of managerialist approaches towards change and the need to consider a process view;
- to analyse the role of the manager as a leader of change processes.
Students are expected to develop a conceptual and methodological framework to analyse organizational change processes, and to be able to propose intervention policies and practices.
The full list of readings will be provided in the first lecture. In addition, a set of specific articles for each lecture will be provided.
