This course aims to analyse the behavioural themes in organizations, confronting mainstream and critical approaches. The development of critical thinking by the students will be specially emphasised.
Students are expected to develop a critical understanding of behavioural themes in organizations and their respective implications for management and for the relationship between managers and managed employees.
