Objectives


- to think critically organization and change;

- to analyse the contexts of organizational change, how it emerges and the different approaches to its implementation;

- to explore the limitations of managerialist approaches towards change and the need to consider a process view;

- to analyse the role of the manager as a leader of change processes.

Learning outcomes and competences


Students are expected to develop a conceptual and methodological framework to analyse organizational change processes, and to be able to propose intervention policies and practices.
