Objectives
The course begins with a brief review of techniques that are used in corporate finance.
The aims of this course are providing an excellent theoretical and empirical ground in corporate finance. The course brings together academic thinkers and financial practitioners to address topics driving corporate finance.
Program
The course is structured around fourteen chapters. Each has been selected to illustrate a particular type of matter of corporate finance that figure below.
The course covers a range of topics, including:

5. Portfolio management;
6. Financial structure;
7. Dividends policy;
8. Valuation of stocks;
9. Restructuring of firms;
