Closure of FEP facilities during the Christmas period

From 20 December 2025 to 4 January 2026

In accordance with a decision of the Executive Board, FEP facilities will be closed during the Christmas period.

Therefore, from 20 December 2025 (Saturday), academic and administrative activities will be suspended, with the School reopening scheduled for 5 January 2026 (Monday).

Faculty members, staff, and students who need to access the facilities during the closure period may do so during the following hours:

Main Building

• 20, 21, 22, 23, 27, 28, 29, 30 December 2025; 3 and 4 January 2026 – hourly access between 08:00 and 20:00
• 24, 25, 26, 31 December 2025; 1 and 2 January 2026 - closed
• 5 January 2026 – reopening of the facilities; resumption of teaching activities

Postgraduate Building

• 20, 22, 23, 29, 30 December 2025 - hourly access between 08:00 and 20:00
• 21, 24, 25, 26, 27, 28, 31 December 2025; 1, 2, 3 and 4 January 2026 – closed
• 5 January 2026 – reopening of the facilities; resumption of teaching activities
