The Master's in Retail Operations Management aims to provide a comprehensive and specialized understanding of the dynamics of the retail sector. This program offers a variety of content, covering everything from supply chain strategies to the latest innovations in customer experience. Throughout the course, students will enhance analytical skills, gaining the ability to assess and interpret data to inform management decisions in the retail context. The technical skills developed will include the application of store management models, operations optimization, and the effective use of emerging technologies. The main objective of the Master in Management of Retail Operations is to provide participants with the technical, scientific, and behavioral skills necessary to perform various and important functions in the area of retail operations, that is, to become senior managers within or beyond the retail sector.
Participants will receive a solid foundation and critical knowledge in the main areas pertaining to retail management. Additionally, participants will be provided with analytical and quantitative skills and whenever possible, practical cases will be included.
Therefore, participants will be able to analyze and solve problems within retail operations as well as to communicate and effectively present their ideas and proposals.
