Mission:	Competences of the Council of Representatives: a) To prepare and approve its own statutes; b) To organize the election procedure and to elect the Faculty’s Director; c) To approve the amendments to the Statutes, according its article 59.º, as well as the regulations from the subunits bodies; d) To invigilate and apprize the actions of the Director and Executive Board and to approve recommendations in what its actions are concerned; e) To approve votes of confidence or censure to the Director, considering the zeal and dilligence put on its acts, particularly with regard to the financial stability of the Faculty, now and in the future. The approval of the motion of censure requires the resignation of the Director and Executive Board; f) To propose the necessary initiatives for the proper functioning of the institution; g) To opine about the measures to be taken in case of permanent incapacity or disability of the Director; h) To perform other duties prescribed by law and the statutes of the Faculty.
Description:	The Council of Representatives is composed by: a) Nine professors or researchers; b) Four students; c) One official; (President) (Vice President) (Secretary) The term of office for all the members is 4 years, except for students which is 2.- --
