Objectives
The objectives of this course are to provide
students with a solid, broad, up-to-date and
critical education on the subjects that are the
subject of the UC, with a view to their
training to adequately respond to the needs
and challenges that they are likely to face
as future lawyers

Pre-requirements (prior knowledge) and co-requirements (common knowledge)
Prerequisites in terms of students'
knowledge are an adequate knowledge of matters
related to constitutional law (in particular
fundamental rights) and administrative law in
general. Knowledge of criminal law and criminal
procedural law will also be particularly useful.
