  1. Know the fundamental features of Procedural Law in Family Law.

  2.     Interpret Procedural Law in the light of the substantive regime it aims to achieve.

  3.     Understand the judicial organization specifically directed to the resolution of family litigations.

  4.     Know the different types of guardianship in Family Law.

  5.     Identify the space and the role of the voluntary jurisdiction in the scope of the composition of family legal relations.

  6.     Assess the possible role of alternative means of dispute resolution in the context of Family Law.

  7.     Solve practical situations within the thematic area of the course
