Objectives
The course of International Law will be dedicated to the Law of the Sea. Therefore, the aim of the course is that students
acquire knowledge on key areas of the Law of the Sea from an international perspective. A general and a regional approaches will be completed by an analisys of the relationship with the domestic law.Learning outcomes and competences
Students should be able to develop independent research on Law of the Sea. They should also understand the intricate levels of decision-making and normative processes, be acquainted of the relevant international case-law, as well as to make the correct subsumption of life situations in the principles and norms of the Law of the Sea.Working method
