Objectives
The fundamental objectives of this UC are to provide students with an exhaustive study of the judicial organization of the European Union and of the procedures for enforcement European Union Law, thus preparing students, soon to be future lawyers, for legal practice.
An analysis of the "Digital EU" will be presented within the Jena Monnet Module coordenated by the Professor (Project 101085671 - DigEUCit - "A Digital Europe for Citizens. Constitutional and Policymaking Challenges").
Learning outcomes and competences
After studying this UC, students should know the judicial organization of the Union and the different procedures for enforcement, its normative basis and fundamental jurisprudence. Students should be able to analyze real and hypothetical practical cases related to the enforcement of EU law.
Students should be able to understand the challenges and policymaking of the EU regarding the digital.

Although there is no mandatory precedence, it is important that the UC "European Union Law", from the 2nd year, has been successfully accomplished.

Teaching methods and learning activities
Classes will be theoretical-practical, so theoretical exposition will be followed by practical analysis of real and hypothetical cases.
