Objectives
The purpose of this course unit is to deepen the knowledge on specific topics of Commercial Law, essential to the correct understanding of the market and commercial activity in general.
Learning outcomes and competences
Students are expected to:
- Understand the most important legal aspects about bank financing;
- Identify the most important aspects about Commercial Companies and their purpose
- Indicate the main legal specificities about commercial contracts and the way they reflect in the general principles of contract law.
