For studantes choosing continuous assessment, presence in classes is required according to the rules enforced in FDUP (article 33 of the "Regulamento de Avaliação de Conhecimentos").
Calculation formula of final grade
According to the rules enforced in Faculty, distributed evalution plus final exam:
a) 50% for a essay on the commentary of rulings regarding specific fundamental rights
b) 50% for a final written exam
