Objectives
The Integration Seminary was thought to give continuity to the process started at the Interdisciplinary Seminar. The
students should be able to develop a research project, a research-action project or an intervention project that reveals the integration and application of skills and knowledge acquired during the CE.Furthermore, it is intended:
i) to consolidate the autonomy concerning the acquisition of knowledge and the development of research skills and
action throughout life, ii) to link the project to the practical training.
Learning outcomes and competences
Accordingly, it is expected that by the end of the UC, students should:
-to support the rationale, planning and development of the project in the review of scientific literature, its main
theoretical and methodological questions, the main perspectives, achievements and debates concerning the chosen topic;
-to design a research or intervention project, to operationalize it and exercise technical and methodological skills.

Program
The seminar aims to provide a forum for analysis and in-depth reflection on a criminological theme chosen by the student. The analysis should be developed in order to integrate the knowledge gained throughout the course. The seminar will also be oriented towards the development of a research or action-research project that reflects the synthesis that was carried out. This project could represent a preparation for the demands of a post-graduate training through the development and maturation of a research project.
The activities should result in a written work that condense this experience This work will involve at least the definition of the purpose and objectives of the study, theoretical and conceptual framework, and proposed methodology.
The Bibliography will be chosen depending on the objects of study.
