Objectives
The course aims to provide students with a multidimensional knowledge, both theoretical and practical, of various realities of Constitutional Justice. In view of the inevitable limitations of time, it will be sought that those who attend the course will become acquainted with the constitutional case law, constitutional jurisprudence, constitutional process, and other relevant aspects (and in post-disciplinary dialogues) either at the national level (privileged, of course), or internationally and globally. It is not intended that the student only assimilates theoretical knowledge about procedures, or know by heart a few decisions, but that he or she may incorporate the dimension of Constitutional Justice in its multiple facets in its general knowledge of Law. This will call for active student participation and a comprehensive program.
Learning outcomes and competences
The student should have a knowledge of the theoretical issues of the program, be able to interpret in depth constitutional jurisprudential decisions, be able to elaborate hypothetical constitutional jurisprudential decisions, and be able to comment such decisions. In addition to lecturing with ease on the themes of the program. Knowledge skills (acquisition of contents - programmatic), hermeneutics, dissertation (with a naturally rhetorical component), jurisprudential technique, etc.
