Objectives

Students will be stimulated to discuss some specific fundamental rights, deepening previously knowledge and by means of a problematic thought, within a contextual insight on the General Theory of Fundamental Rights in a national, european and global perpsective.

Learning outcomes and competences

The choice of "Specific Fundamental Rights" aims at the discussion of current issues related do the right of intimacy and freedom of religion.
It is particularly adressed to students and graduates who wish to enter careers in research, the judiciary, the bar, diplomacy and legal advice, both internally and internationally.

Pre-requirements (prior knowledge) and co-requirements (common knowledge)

We take aknowledge of the competences acquired in COnstitutional Law and Fundamental Rights in the 1st cycle of study.
