Objectives

Theoretical and practical classes concerning constitutional justice.

Learning outcomes and competences

In the end of the curricular unit the students are expected to be able to understand rigorously dogmatic concepts and institutes about constitutional justice, understand and critically analyze the regulatory and jurisprudential bases and develop an autonomous research.
