Summary: Commercial acts and the business men: notion, regimen and statute. Enterprise: notion and elements; sale and hire of an enterprise. Trade signs: specially marks: constitution and regimen. Bill of exchange and cheque: notion and regimen; formal requirements; general characters; expiration, payment and protest; the penal regime of the cheque. The insolvency: requirements, process and effects.
