Abstract (EN): The aim of this paper is to show the main morphological features and expression of biological markers in breast carcinomas carrying BRCA1 and BRCA2 mutations. The recognition of this features by the pathologist will allow the investigation of possible cases of hereditary breast cancer, with more effective search of mutations by the genetic testing.
