Abstract (EN): The aim of this work is to study the use of various substances used as plasticizers in lorazepam transdermal therapeutic systems (TTS). This work also involves the investigation of a series of concentrations of the best achieved plasticizer substance. The experimented substances were triethylcitrate, dioctyl phthalate, glycerin, polyethylene glycol 400 and polyethylene glycol 4000. Afterwards various concentration of triethylcitrate were tested (50%, 100%, 200%, 300% and 500% in relation towards the weight of lorazepam). The lyoavailability of lorazepam was determined in the TTS.
