Abstract (EN): Thin films of La0.62+/-0.05Ca0.33+/-0.02MnO3-delta were grown by laser ablation on SrTiO3 with 100 and 110 orientations. We find that the films grow epitaxially, with either the c-axis perpendicular or in the plane of the films. Using the same deposition conditions, films on both substrates have similar characteristics. Anisotropic behaviour of the magnetoresistance is found.
