Abstract (EN): This paper presents the successful development of an IoT system, tracing its journey from an academic prototype to a commercially patented product. Various clinical trials were conducted, showcasing the system's effectiveness and innovation. Some studies have been published, sharing the new insights provided by the system with the broader community. This compact, cost-effective smart system demonstrates immense potential for implementing artificial intelligence algorithms, greatly enhancing its capabilities. The results from several studies are discussed in this paper. © 2023 IEEE.
