Abstract (EN): We present a multiobjective local search approach for a mean-risk multistage formulation of the Transmission Network Expansion Planning problem. Uncertainty in generation costs and demand loads is captured through a scenario tree. In each period, discrete decisions concerning the investment in the network, and continuous decisions concerning the utilization of the network, are considered. The approach integrates liner programming to address the utilization problem. We present experimental results with a set of instances derived from the literature.
