Resumo (PT): O artigo propõe um conjunto de cinco tarefas que o autor considera essenciais para o estudo da obra de José Craveirinha: a recolha dos poemas dispersos por publicações periódicas e nunca editados em livro; o levantamento de versões saídas em jornal de poemas mais tarde incluídos em livro; a inventariação dos muitos textos em prosa (crónicas, artigos, ensaios) que Craveirinha publicou em jornais e revistas; o estudo do enquadramento jornalístico-histórico de alguns poemas cujo ponto de partida foi um acontecimento noticiado pela imprensa; o levantamento e estudo das traduções e edições estrangeiras da poesia do autor moçambicano. Para cada um destes trabalhos são apresentados alguns exemplos

Abstract (EN): The paper suggests a set of five tasks that the author considers essential for the study of José Craveirinha’s work: the collection of poems dispersed in periodical publications and never edited in book form; the identification of newspaper versions of poems later included in a book; the inventory of the many prose texts (columns, articles, essays) that Craveirinha published in newspapers and magazines; the study of the journalistichistorical framework of some poems whose starting point was an event reported by the press; the identification and study of translations and foreign editions of poetry by the Mozambican author. Some examples are given for each of these tasks.
