Abstract (EN): In this paper we describe our experience in teaching an introductory course on Decision Support Systems to students with quite heterogeneous backgrounds and often with a low quantitative education. This course was designed based on "active learning" principles and is structured around the resolution of small management problems. Some years of experience have shown the potential of this approach, with an average excellent performance of the students.
