Resumo (PT): O objectivo deste trabalho é caracterizar acusticamente o Museu Nacional de Soares dos Reis (MNSR) no Porto. Foi realizada uma análise acústica do museu recorrendo a parâmetros medidos no interior das suas maiores salas de exposição (RASTI, TR, LAeq ruído de fundo, NC/NR). Foram também feitos inquéritos a visitantes onde se avaliou a incomodidade a ruídos existentes, a perceptibilidade do guia durante as visitas guiadas e globalmente a acústica do museu. Foi desenvolvida e aplicada uma metodologia multicritério a partir de vários parâmetros acústicos objectivos (TR, RASTI, LAeq ruído de fundo com AVAC, L¿nT,w e D2m,nT,w) em que o peso dos critérios foi baseado nos inquéritos realizados no museu. São também sugeridas algumas medidas de correcção acústica desses espaços do MNSR.

Abstract (EN): The main objective of this study is to acoustically characterize the National Museum Soares dos Reis, in Oporto, Portugal. An acoustic analysis of the museum was held using objective parameters measured within the largest showrooms (RASTI, RT, background noise (LA,eq) and NC/NR). A brief subjective analysis by surveys was made after people visited the museum, which evaluated the acoustic quality of the museum. It was developed and applied a multicriteria methodology from various acoustic parameters (RT, RASTI, LAeq background noise with HVAC, L'nT,w, D2m,nT,w) in which the weight of the criteria was based on surveys conducted in the museum. Some measures of acoustical correction in the museum¿s rooms are suggested.
