Abstract (EN): We present a patient with Paget's disease in the right inguino-scrotal region. The lesion was widely excised and the defect covered with a split thickness skin graft. After fifteen months follow-up there was no recurrence. To our knowledge, Paget' disease of the scrotum is unusual and there are very few other reports in the literature. Standard therapy is local excision with wide margins, although the risk of local recurrence is high. Radiotherapy has also been used with variable results.
