Abstract (EN):
The concern about women professional/environmental place with noise exposure and the human reproduction. This article shows a systematic review to identify studies that presents the theme of noise exposure in professional/environmental place during pregnancy and reproductive health. The systematic review searched among published articles in 1990 until 2013. The screening was made with methodological procedures from PRISMA. It resulted in 35 (thirty-five) articles. Among those 9 (nine) will be included in the final part the analysis of review. Some studies present divergencies in the association to exposure noise in a professional/environmental place. Others associate the chronic noise exposure to the congenital abnormalities in fetus: Pregnancy hypertension. The selected articles used information from patients chart, interviews and questionary. The theme revealed a diversity in studies, although they needed to concern bringing a contribution and clarify the information given. The methodological choice has a great importance for the new studies to aggregate relevant data to the area.
