Abstract (EN):
The low field magnetization in CoFe-Al2O3 multilayers was studied. The ordering of a superferromagnetic fraction was characterized by a Curie temperature and a zero-field-cooled (ZFC) remanence. The plot of SQUID magnetic moment in CoFe/Al2O3 layers vs temperature at various applied fields was presented.
