Abstract (EN): Granular cermet films (FeCo-Al2O3) which was fabricated by using electron beam coevaporation technique was studied. Ferromagnetic resonance (FMR) and SQUID were used. Magnetization and ferromagnetic resonances were studied at frequency levels of 9.4-94 GHz. The results show that films deposited at incidence angles more than 5° possess uniaxial oblique and in-plane anisotropies.
