Abstract (EN): We describe a case of a 76-year-old White male with cutaneous lesions of mycosis fungoides, confirmed by histopathological and immunohistochemical studies. During the staging of the cutaneous T-cell lymphoma, a chronic B- cell lymphoproliferative disease was diagnosed, yet without clinical evidence of disease. Both lymphoproliferative diseases remain stable two years after diagnosis, without cytotoxic drug therapy.
