Abstract (EN):
In this letter, necessary conditions of optimality in the Gamkrelidze's form for a state constrained optimal control problem whose dynamics are given by a differential inclusion are addressed. This form differs from the more usual Dubovitskii-Milyutin one in that, now, in the Hamiltonian, the measure multiplier appearing in the latter is replaced by a component related to its integral. Nondegeneracy, and normality conditions are discussed for this dynamic optimization problem under several types of sufficient conditions on the data of the problem.
