Abstract (EN): Beremiz is a project that is currently developing a software based PLC (Programmable Logic Controller) distributed under the open source GNU Public License (GPL). Recent activity has focused on adding support for several industrial communication protocols. This paper describes the implementations and integration with Beremiz of several industrial protocols already completed, as well as current activity and possible future directions. © 2019 IEEE.
