Abstract (EN): In this work the main differences between the machines, tools and equipment of construction site in the civil construction are presented, and to do it so, on this research work is presented a practical example of the types of maintenance required. Given the diversity of machines and equipment, it would not be possible in a job of this type to approach them all, so it was decided to choose one. It is emphasized that it was decided to speak in detail about the cranes, since it is one of the most used equipment in the most diverse works.
