Abstract (EN): We report a case of umbilical metastasis of breast adenocarcinoma in a 72-year-old patient, ten years after identification and treatment of the malignancy. Umbilical metastases are generally related to gastrointestinal and gynaecological tumours and suggest a bad prognosis. The connection of Sister Mary Joseph's nodule with breast cancer is a rare finding and, to our knowledge, has been only once mentioned in the literature.
