Abstract (EN): The intersexual cases are rare conditions with a prevalence of 1 to 25000 new born in Europe. They refer to situations of sexual ambiguity when we can not characterize an individual as male or female based only in physical examination for in the same individual we can find anatomic elements of both sexes. We present a rare case of male pseudohermaphroditism due to 17ß-hydroxysteroid dehydrogenase (17ß-HSD) in which an individual was raised as a girl and at puberty starts with extreme virilization. After psychotherapy and gender reassignment, surgical treatment was performed and nowadays he has sexual intercourse.
