Abstract (EN):
In this work it is presented a new numerical technique for the in-silico prediction of cellular growth. Thus, reaction-diffusion equations were adapted and combined with solid mechanics differential equations to predict the growth of a single cell. This time dependent problem is solved using discrete meshless techniques. The results show that the developed technique has the potential to simulate more complex scenarios. © 2017 IEEE.
