Abstract (EN): This article describes the development of a portable system for online monitoring of EMG signals in the lower limbs. The system is composed of a pair of lycra shorts with built-in textile EMG electrodes and a belt-attached box with a Raspberry Pi mini-computer with Wi-Fi connection, a set of batteries with power regulators and a custom signal acquisition board. The computer runs a Linux distribution and connects to the Internet through an access point nearby, such as a smartphone using the "HotSpot" functionality. The EMG signals and other factors can be observed through a Python program designed to run in console mode through a SSH connection. Experimental results with the first prototype of the system are shown in the article.
