Abstract (EN): The purpose of this research is to prove that the new all-ceramic materials can have similar or better resistance properties, as the conventional metallic materials, as well as better biologic properties, making this Maryland all-ceramic bridges a useful tool in dental clinics. The new era of minimal invasive dentistry pushes dentists more and more in using metal free materials as well as encouraging the use of solutions less aggressive to the dental structures. Making hand of the new adhesion concepts also allows dentistry to be more confident in the use of this kind of restorative procedure.
