Abstract (EN): Static and dynamic tests performed on seven-wire strands for stress evaluation using magneto elastic effect are presented. The results were compared with those obtained by fiber optic sensors and strain gages installed on the strands and the ones obtained indirectly from identification of natural frequencies associated with the strands vibration.
