Abstract (EN): Productivity is a key factor for the maintenance and success of the companies. Given the importance of the topic, several studies have focused on the different issues that influence work performance (e. g. technological, behavioural, training, skills or environmental). This article focuses on the question of the relationship between labour productivity and thermal environmental conditions (hot) in existing workspaces. The proposed approach is to identify, test and compare the main quantitative models available on the subject. As a result of this analysis, it was possible to identify advantages and limitations in the practical application of each method, and the need to develop further studies on the subject.
