Resumo (PT): A crónica sobre a Resolução do Conselho de Ministros n.º 73-A/2014, de 16 de Dezembro de 2014 que institui a iniciativa Portugal Inovação Social, no âmbito do Portugal 2020, constitui uma reflexão sociológica em que se partilham algumas inquietações inerentes ao alcance e aos (potenciais) efeitos dos instrumentos financeiros que se destinam a animar o mercado de investimento social, à luz das configurações que a economia social tem assumido no nosso país, em particular nas relações estabelecidas com o Estado.

Abstract (EN): The article on the Resolution of the Council of Ministers nr. 73-A/2014, of December 16th, 2014, which creates the initiative "Portugal Inovação Social" within the scope of Portugal 2020, consists of a sociological reflection on some concerns inherent to the extent and (potential) effects of the financial instruments aimed at promoting the social investment market. This reflection is made under the framework social economy has been assuming in our country, especially regarding the relationships established with the State.
