Abstract (EN):
The technological advances and the need to provide all students with proper learning lead to a globally increased number of remotely accessible laboratories. However, the usual hardware solutions, which involve using PCs to query the data acquisition hardware and to publish the data online, have a set of drawbacks. When grouping several remote experiments in a room which is shared with working people, the living conditions are degraded. Crowding and overheating (mainly in the summer) are two problems that need to be solved. This paper presents the authors' efforts and solution to reduce the online laboratory space requirements and heating conditions by using modern technologies for implementing the online laboratories. © 2013 IEEE.
