The programme expresses the relevance of Fundamental Rights issues and European Union Law.

In general: relogious freedom in national and foreign caselaw: critical analisys of legal cases. 

Specific issues: religious freedom of detainees, religious classes in public schools, jurisdiction conerning Misericordias, religious freedom of teachers, right to religious holidays, prohibition on wearing islamic hedscarf in public services.

C) Seminar “The fundamental rights today: between different objects and new subjects"

Summary:
This seminar addresses current questions and issues regarding the subjective and objective scope of protection of fundamental rights provisions, in the light of new legally relevant subjectivities and different situations of risk.
