Objectives
The main scope is to give a high-level case management skills and a repertoire of knowledge in portuguese, european and comparative civil procedure law.
Learning outcomes and competences
To give Students a cientific background and a conscious feeling that allows them to keep in pace with new challanges brought by quickly changing problems arising from some recent conceptions about judicial (adjudicative) and non judicial (mediation, arbitration) methods of dealing with social conflicts.
