Objectives
Students will be stimulated to discuss some specific fundamental rights, deepening previously acquired knowledge and developing problematic thought.
Learning outcomes and competences
The course aims to help provide students the necessary tools to a critical, autonomous and sustained analysis and systematization of issues and problems, as well as to develop personal research skills.

Pre-requirements (prior knowledge) and co-requirements (common knowledge)
Competences and kowledge previously acquired in the Law Degree - mainly in Constitutional Law, Fundamental Rights and International Law - are relevant.

Eligibility for exams
Attendance is required as a condition for passing
the discipline.
It is considered that a student fulfills
attendance if, being regularly enrolled, he/she
does not exceed the limit number of absences
corresponding to 25% of the total number of classes.
The following are exempt from verifying the
attendance conditions referred to in the previous
paragraph:
- The cases provided for by law or applicable
regulations.
