Objectives
Advanced studies in Constitutional Law. Students should not only master the canonic basis of the subject, but also deeply mature it, and made research in the program issues, classified as deserving a master level.
Learning outcomes and competences
It is aimed particularly at students who wish to apply to the judiciary, the Bar, legal aid, diplomacy and research, both internally and internationally.
The syllabus set are consistent with the goals of the C.U. in that it is intended to provide fundamental knowledge about the subject matter, so students can apply them later in their academic, personal and professional life.
